Special needs related to diet and medication that you use.

Dietary information

Accurate information about dietary needs is required for safety reasons. Please state:

• food allergies (e.g. nuts, milk, gluten)
• intolerances
• dietary restrictions for religious or cultural reasons
• other dietary needs

If you do not provide this information in the registration form, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your specific needs.

Health information and responsibility

Every participant is responsible for bringing and taking their own prescribed medication.

Organisers and leaders of World Deaf Camp JASPEL are not responsible for storing, administering or reminding participants to take medication. Organisers accept no liability for medical emergencies arising because a participant did not bring or take their medication.

Participants (or parents/legal guardians of minors) must provide complete and truthful health information in the registration form so that appropriate action can be taken in an emergency and health can be protected.
