Liability, cancellation and refund

Liability for damage and breach of rules

Participants are fully and personally liable for any damage to property, equipment or facilities. In case of damage, they must pay the full costs of repair or replacement immediately and in full. The organiser ikopo, s.r.o – JASPEL reserves the right to claim compensation through legal means if the participant refuses to pay.

Intentional or repeated damage, or failure to follow the Ethical Guidelines or camp rules, may lead to disciplinary measures or exclusion. The Camp Organising Committee (OC) or an authorised leader may exclude a participant; in case of exclusion, the participation fee is not refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation and refund

If a registered participant cannot attend the camp after paying the fee, the fee is non-refundable.

It is the participant’s responsibility to find a substitute. The substitute pays the original participant directly. The organiser ikopo, s.r.o – JASPEL must be informed about the substitute (name and registration details) before the camp starts.

I acknowledge that I am fully liable for any damage I cause, that I must pay the full cost of repair or replacement without delay, and that camp fees are strictly non-refundable.
