The Ethical Guidelines include important rules on:

- behaviour, safety and safeguarding of children and youth;
- prohibited items (alcohol, drugs, weapons);
- responsibility for damage to property;
- the authority of the Organising Committee (OC) to make final decisions;
- possible sanctions, including exclusion without a fee refund in case of a serious breach.
